The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLT) is moving forward with a mandatory registration policy for PSWs starting with the home care and community services sectors. It is the ministry's intention to communicate the details of that policy once it is finalized. In the meantime, it is strongly encouraging PSWs employed in the publically funded home and community care sectors to join the registry.
Accessing the Job Board
One of the key features of the Registry is the new job board for publicly-funded home care and community service providers to advertise available positions with their organizations. The job board is only accessible to registered individuals.
